From a disgruntled allotment holder – ‘Yesterday I discovered that someone unknown had carefully undone the ties on my compost container, pushed back the cover, dumped a quantity of coarse garden waste and soil into the container and replaced the cover. I fully appreciate that this may have the work of someone outside of the allotment community but in any event I would be very grateful if it does not happen again.’ ”
